- You're assigned a dedicated account manager/graphic artist responsible for all aspects of your publication's design and press ready artwork production, supported by the entire Magazines byDesign (MBD) team.
- Our operating platform is Mac and we prefer the Adobe Creative Suite of software. We can accommodate Quark if you prefer. It's your choice.
- Email or ftp your copy, images, supplied advertisements.
- Text is spell checked and images enhanced to press quality.
- Layouts prepared according to your current/agreed design.
- Supplied advertising material is FlightChecked for accurate print reproduction.
- Screen resolution, Acrobat Reader enabled PDF proofs are supplied as each page layout is completed for mark-up, either manually or via Acrobat Reader/Professional mark-up tools.
- Subsequent screen resolution PDFs are supplied with changes until approved.
- Every page file created is kep in our server's Time Machine so previous versions are available immediately for up to 30 days.
- Before completion and approval we get the exact production specifications from the printer of your choice and upon approval create press compliant PDFs of your publication and upload it directly to the printer.
- Printer proofs are check for accuracy in reproduction.
- Printing authorised.
- Done!
